Applications for admission forms have to be completed by parents or legal guardians. For a child to be eligible for admission to this school, he/she must live permanently in the area where ManorGardens is the nearest state school. An application from elsewhere will be considered should there be place available and in terms of the School’s Admission Policy.
A registration levy of R150 should accompany this form. This is non-refundable.
Documents to be submitted with this form are:
« A certified copy of your child’s birth certificate
« A certified copy of your child’s immunization card
« Learner’s last school report
« House owners : copy of municipal rates account
« Lessees (renters) : copy of lease agreement OR a copy of electricity, telephone and water account
« A recent photograph of your child (preferably passport size)
« A certified copy of both mother’s and father’s identity document
